Also I'm white. Pasty pale in fact. (Hacker tan as one of the people I hung out with in HS would say.) But I love me some Brotha Lynch Hung... Yep. And since it isn't very political I don't feel odd listening to it. (As when I listen to Dead Prez, or Public Enemy...)

Things are going pretty well at work.  Did not have to eviscerate period 1.  They were quiet and productive today.  The best part?  My day went thusly:
Silent Reading (too hoarse to read aloud this morning from some sinus/throat disagreement)

The class I expected to have to eviscerate, who were nearly silent the entire period.  Had to throw a kid out, but no big.
Coverage - spent roughly 1/3 of the class talking about social justice followed by videogames
Senior class, empty because tonight is their prom

The weather clearing up is a catch-22; I'm glad it's finally not raining, but it's hot as hell now :(  Summer and I do not get along well.  Not a bit.

And now?  Long weekend.  Yes please.

My awesome roommates and I are moving in to a new apartment tomorrow.  Considering that I've been couch-surfing for the last eight months, a room of my own and an actual bed to sleep on is something I very much look forward to having. :)

SO a long ass time ago I bought my new phone (which I still love.) And I got an 80USD rebate for buying it. Anyhoo, I had forgoten about it. Cuz that was months ago. Well I just got the rebate. Only its a prepaid debit card... And I have to say, its kinda shitty. Like instead of a check which I could just go deposit in my bank account... BUT its 80 bucks So I can't bitch about having more money then I did 20 minutes ago.

My job does that with bonuses.  Every Christmas I get a $100 pre-paid debit card, and I also got a $100 pre-paid debit card when an applicant I referred was hired and successfully completed their 90 day probation.  I'm okay with it.

I don't mind it either. Money is money.

What is really gona be fun thought is trying to get as close to 80bucks as I can with out going over... I think that if I can get 79.99 I will be the most BA person ever.

So... we're finally moving into an ACTUAL HOUSE instead of a goddamn trailer. My dad got to retire at last. Both awesome news.

I'm thinking of getting a job at the bar that's like a five minute walk from my house.

I'm getting better at solving the Rubik's Cube. I can get a few stages down with out looking at the algorithms. Then I have to look, but I'm getting better none the less... OH YA.

Congrats on both, man!  My dad desperately wants to retire too but is having a hard time selling his business.  We all hope he will soon.
